An Engineer by profession, has immense experience of more than 50 years in the real estate industry Mr. Monga’s forte is in the field of identification and acquisition of land, legal compliances, sanctions and approval, public relations and co-ordination of large projects. He has been actively involved in the reforms at the industry level. As the Hon. Joint Secretary of the MCHI, he has worked closely with the industry leaders at MCHI CREDAO since inception. He is renowned in the industry for his expertise in land and its related legal and technical matters.

Gaurav obtained his civil engineering degree from Mumbai University and his master’s degree in civil engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, with a focus on construction management. He has 20 years of rich entrepreneurial real estate experience with the Ecohomes Group. He has executed a wide array of projects, which include one of Mumbai’s first IT parks, Township projects, various mid- and high-end residential developments, and a number of commercial and retail projects in various parts of Mumbai, the MMR region, and Surat, Gujarat.

He has wide experience in design and planning, liasoning and approvals, finance, execution, and sales, and has worked with multiple large corporations such as Tata and Mahindra Group in various ventures and transactions. He is also a keen investor and has an investment portfolio that includes start-ups in various industries, ranging from food to tech.

Shailesh Thakkar is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University has been associated with Ecohomes since 2012 and was deeply involved in various verticals of the Ecohomes group before the inception of Ecohomes Ventures. With over 20+ years of work experience, of which 14 years of hands-on expertise in real estate development, he brings to the board his unique vision and inclusive approach to the redevelopment division and sets new trends in all Ecohomes projects. His forte is land acquisitions, approvals, and design,

and he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. Shailesh is a thorough professional, has a strong work ethic, and has conducted himself with integrity, which has translated into inculcating mutually beneficial relationships with customers, investors, partners, and all stakeholders.

For the past 22 years, Rohan has been a comprehensive real estate expert with a wide range of experience and understanding across industry verticals. He holds a ‘Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and also a “Masters in Marketing Management’ from NMIMS. He has worked with organizations like Godrej Properties, HDFC Ltd., Lodha Group, and Knight Frank and has headed the sales, marketing, and CRM verticals for Runwal and K Raheja Corp. He is a well-known and respected name in the industry. Rohan is also a professor at NMIMS, conducting lectures for full-time students.
